We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Coordinator for our Woburn office.

Job Summary

Highly motivated Helpdesk Coordinator needed to provide day to day technical support to internal staff over the phone through email and in person. This includes troubleshooting desktop problems, answering questions about software applications, and working with staff to resolve issues.

Essential Job Functions

    • Manages, responds to and escalates helpdesk calls via our ticketing software
    • Printer maintenance and support
    • Restores files from backup up as necessary
    • Troubleshooting, installing & connecting equipment and software
    • Maintains technology knowledgebase
    • Maintains computer inventory
    • AV equipment setup

 

 

Job Qualifications

    •  Experience with desktop operating systems, Windows 10
    • Application support experience with MS Office, imaging, CCH products a plus
    • Aptitude for analytical problem resolution and troubleshooting
    • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Flexibility to meet identified business needs
    • Keen attention to detail
    • Work in a deadline driven work environment
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to work 7am-4pm and occasional Saturdays
